Split Wide Open

Seeds can remain dormant for a very long time.

How does a seed feel with that first crack in its hull?   What's happening when life awakens within and exits the shell?

The seed may hopefully land on compatible soil, get watered, the sun may shine and the rain may fall.  If that happens - Life busts out of the seed and grows and grows - it flowers, dies back and flowers again.  All along it reaches for and needs the Sun.  Thus begins the great mystery.

How is that first crack experienced by the seed?.....how does it feel when the first light floods in - when the switch is flicked from sleep to awake; like a trigger is pulled?  like a volcano erupting? like the very first fire?

Technology, the great time sucker

The blog I started when I moved up to Santa Fe is no more.  I don't care to say much except that technology is not all it's chalked up to be.

In laymen's terms money was paid, services were *so* not delivered, data was lost, and costly time ensued.

My web host did give me a complete refund on a year of hosting so I'll abstain from naming, bad mouthing, (or recommending) them at this time.

In the meantime- I'm back sheltering at thunder-earth.
